Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions — Jordan Allure Tours and Travel
BY MAKING A DOWNPAYMENT AND/OR ANY PREPAYMENT TO US FOR OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.
Jordan Allure Tours and Travel is the trade name of our registered company in Wadi Musa, Petra, Jordan. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“traveler”, “you”, “your”, “guest”, “participant”) and Jordan Allure Tours and Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) for all travel services, tours, and related offerings arranged by us.
These Terms, together with our proposals, itineraries, booking forms, supplier terms, and correspondence, constitute a legally binding agreement. By submitting a deposit or any form of payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope / Agency
Jordan Allure Tours and Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the local service providers (“Suppliers”)—including but not limited to hotels, drivers, guides, restaurants, and transport providers. We do not own or control these Suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service delivery. You agree that your contract for the provision of services lies directly with each Supplier and that you are bound by their terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% (or higher for certain services) is required. This deposit secures your itinerary and covers non-refundable arrangements, such as hotel rooms and private guides. Your proposal may specify a higher deposit based on the nature of services.
No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final payment is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upon confirmation.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation and applicable penalties.
All payments must be made in USD or Jordanian Dinar via bank transfer, credit card, or approved online payment platform. Payment processing fees may apply and will be detailed on your invoice.
3. Cancellations by You
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
45–31 days before arrival: loss of 30% trip cost deposit
30–14 days before arrival: 50% of trip cost
Within 14 days: 100% of the remaining balance
No refunds for no-shows, early departures, or unused services
Bespoke experiences, VIP arrangements, or tickets to special events are 100% non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds, if any, are based on recoverable amounts from Suppliers and are not guaranteed.
4. Changes by You
Any post-deposit changes to your itinerary will incur a $150 USD administrative fee per change, plus any applicable price differences. All changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for trip cancellation, emergency medical care, evacuation, and baggage protection. We recommend policies that include Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage.
You understand and agree that Jordan Allure Tours is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee coverage or claim approval. Declining to purchase coverage is done at your own risk.
6. Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival), visa (if required), and any necessary health certifications or vaccinations. Entry denial, delays, or missed services due to documentation issues are not refundable.
7. Transportation
Private transportation is arranged per your confirmed itinerary. You must provide accurate flight arrival and departure details in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in missed services without refund.
We are not liable for missed connections, delays, or disruptions caused by external carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Activities & Sightseeing
All activities and excursions begin promptly. Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. Substitutions may occur due to site closures, weather, or local events. Such changes do not constitute a material breach of contract.
9. Force Majeure
Jordan Allure Tours shall not be held liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to anticipated or actual war, natural disaster, civil unrest, governmental action, border closures, pandemics, or labor strikes.
Refunds, if any, are limited to recoverable amounts from third-party Suppliers.
10. Liability
You agree to hold Jordan Allure Tours harmless for any personal injury, property damage, illness, or financial loss arising from travel. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to us for the affected portion of your trip.
11. Traveler Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a trip due to behavior that endangers themselves, others, or the quality of the experience. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
You are responsible for any damage caused to accommodations, vehicles, or other property during your trip.
12. Photography Release
Unless you notify us in writing, you grant Jordan Allure Tours the right to use images or video from your trip for marketing purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes must be submitted to the competent courts in Amman, Jordan.
14. Acceptance
By making a payment, submitting a booking form, or authorizing a credit card charge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
15. Refund Policy
All cancellations are subject to the cancellation fees outlined in Section 3. If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed within one (1) week of our written confirmation of the refund amount.
Refunds are typically issued via the same method of original payment, unless mutually agreed by both parties to use an alternate method.
Please note: Not all components of your trip may be refundable. Supplier policies, non-refundable deposits, administrative fees, and other incurred costs may reduce the total refundable amount.
16. Tour Rescheduling / Credit Transfer
If you cancel your trip at short notice but wish to reschedule instead of forfeiting your payment, this may be possible by mutual agreement. In such cases:
A cancellation fee will still apply to cover administrative costs and Supplier losses.
The remaining credit can be applied to a new Jordan Allure Tours trip scheduled within 12 months of your original tour start date.
Credit cannot be extended beyond 12 months and will expire if unused.
Credit is non-transferable to another person.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and prevailing prices for your new dates.
This policy allows us to remain flexible while honoring the commitments made to our local partners on your behalf.
