Cancellation Policy - Jordan Allure Tours

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following penalties:

• 45–31 days before arrival: loss of 30% trip cost deposit

• 30–14 days before arrival: 50% of trip cost

• Within 14 days of arrival: 100% of remaining balance

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services

• All approved refunds are processed net of applicable bank and payment-processing charges.

Note: Tickets to special events, bespoke arrangements, and private access experiences are 100% non-refundable once confirmed.
