Refund Policy
Refund Policy - Jordan Allure Tours
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund under our terms, we will process your refund within one (1) week of written confirmation.
Refunds will be issued ONLY to the original payment method, the original person paying, and the original credit card utilized for payment.
Refund amounts are subject to deduction of non-refundable deposits, third-party supplier fees, and administrative costs.
We are not responsible for supplier delays or denial of refund.
In the event of:
Force majeure (e.g. war, natural disaster, government restrictions): We are not obligated to provide a refund unless recoverable costs can be obtained from suppliers.
Supplier default (e.g. closure, strike, or bankruptcy): Refunds will be offered only if and when funds are recovered from the supplier.
Guest illness or emergency: Standard cancellation policy applies unless travel insurance provides reimbursement.
Early departure or no-show: No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.
Partial trip adjustments after arrival: No refunds will be provided for voluntary changes or missed experiences.
Tour Rescheduling & Credit Transfer Policy
If you cancel your trip but wish to retain your payment as credit toward a future tour, this may be granted upon mutual agreement and is subject to the following conditions:
A cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs and supplier penalties from the original booking.
The remaining credit may be applied to a new Jordan Allure Tours trip within 12 months of your original travel date.
Credit cannot be transferred to another person.
Any unused credit expires after 12 months and is forfeited.
Rescheduled travel is subject to availability and may be priced at updated seasonal or supplier rates.
Rescheduling does not guarantee the same itinerary, inclusions, or pricing.
This policy allows us to remain flexible while honoring commitments to our local partners.
